2. Enquiries and bookings

Quotes and itineraries are invitations to treat unless expressly stated otherwise. A booking is formed when you accept our written confirmation and any required deposit or payment terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, passport details, and other information you provide.

3. Third-party suppliers

Flights, hotels, tours, and visas are often provided by third parties. Their terms (including cancellation, baggage, health, and entry rules) apply in addition to ours. We act as an agent or coordinator as described in your booking confirmation.

4. Payments and fees

Payment schedules, currencies, and fees will be stated in your proposal or invoice. Bank charges, card fees, or exchange differences may apply as per your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules depend on supplier policies and the fare or package type you purchased. We will communicate applicable penalties as known at the time of cancellation. Refunds, if any, are processed only after we receive funds from suppliers.

6. Travel documents and health

You must hold valid passports, visas, and health documentation required by destinations and carriers. We may provide guidance, but final responsibility for eligibility to travel rests with you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for events outside our reasonable control (including supplier defaults, natural events, pandemics, strikes, or government actions). Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction where they cannot be waived. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
